All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after full payment and applicable shipping charges have been received and confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Additional processing time may occasionally be required during holidays, periods of high order volume, or exceptional circumstances.

When multiple items are purchased together or before an existing order has been dispatched, they may be combined into one shipment whenever safely possible. Every order is carefully and securely packaged to protect its contents during transit. The packing process is recorded for quality assurance and shipment documentation. Certain handbag models may be carefully folded when necessary for safe and compact delivery, with consideration for the item’s materials, structure, and condition.
All shipped orders include tracking and signature confirmation for added security. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the tracking status to update after the package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.
Free local pickup and paid local delivery are available in Vancouver, British Columbia. Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation. To arrange either option, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders are sent only to the address confirmed at the time of purchase. Please contact us immediately if a correction is required. Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed and the package cannot be redirected.
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, any additional cost to resend it will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to customs processing, severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience should an unexpected delay occur.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbours, building management, or concierge.

Many pieces are offered on consignment, and most are available in only one. Due to the unique nature of our collection, all purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every designer item is backed by our Authenticity Guarantee. If you have an authenticity concern after receiving your purchase, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Luxurylana Boutique offers an interest-free layaway plan, allowing you to reserve an eligible designer piece with a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit and complete the remaining balance over a period of up to three months. No interest or additional payment-plan fees are charged during the agreed payment period.
After the deposit has been received, the item will be reserved and a PayPal invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. Payments may be made at your own pace within the agreed period, and the balance may be paid in full at any time.
Layaway purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. The 25% deposit is applied toward the purchase price and is non-refundable. The item will be shipped after the remaining balance and applicable shipping charges have been paid in full.
If additional time is needed, please contact us before the payment due date. Any extension must be arranged and approved in advance, and a storage and administration fee may apply.
If the payment plan is not completed by the agreed due date, no extension has been approved, and the customer does not respond to our attempts to make contact, the item may be released and returned to sale. The 25% deposit remains non-refundable. Any amount paid above the original deposit will be returned to the customer or, at the customer’s preference, applied as store credit toward another purchase from Luxurylana Boutique.
PayPal Pay Later is a separate financing option available to eligible U.S. customers, subject to PayPal approval. When PayPal Pay Later is used, Luxurylana Boutique receives payment from PayPal and the order is shipped without waiting for the customer’s scheduled payments to be completed.
